Getting Started

Welcome to Entaprenua. This guide walks you through creating your account and launching your first store.

Creating an Account

  1. Go to the Sign Up page
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Optionally set a username
  4. Click "Create account"

You'll receive a verification email. Click the link to verify your address before logging in.

OAuth Sign-Up

You can also sign up using:

  • Google — Click "Continue with Google"
  • GitHub — Click "Continue with GitHub"
  • Facebook — Click "Continue with Facebook"

Your account is created automatically. You can link multiple providers later from your profile.

Logging In

Visit the Login page and enter your email and password. Your session is secured with httpOnly cookies — no tokens stored in localStorage.

Sessions persist across browser restarts. Access tokens refresh silently in the background.

The Dashboard

After logging in, you'll land on the homepage. Navigate to Admin to access your workspace.

The admin panel has:

  • Left sidebar — navigation with store selector dropdown
  • Top bar — breadcrumb showing current store + public ID
  • Main area — content for the current section

The Store Selector

The dropdown at the top of the sidebar lets you switch between stores. Each store has its own products, categories, orders, and settings. The selected store persists across page refreshes.

Your First Store

Create a Store

  1. Go to Stores → New Store
  2. Enter a name, optional description, and currency
  3. Choose visibility:
    • Public — visible to everyone
    • Private — requires authentication
    • Unlisted — hidden from listings, accessible via direct link
  4. Click "Create" — you'll receive an API key (save it immediately)

Add Source Code

Your store is created but has no code yet. Go to Admin → Settings → Source Code to set up the storefront:

Use a template — Search and link a pre-built template. Template updates automatically rebuild your store.

Connect a GitHub repository — Install the Entaprenua GitHub App to connect your own repository. Push code — your store deploys automatically.
