Managing a Store

Once created, you can manage your store's core settings from the admin panel.

Editing Store Details

  1. Go to Admin → Settings → General (or from the Stores page, click the store card)
  2. You can modify:
Setting Description
Name Store display name
Description Brief description
Visibility Public, private, or unlisted
Maintenance mode Toggle to show a maintenance page instead of the storefront

Maintenance Mode

When enabled, visitors see a maintenance page instead of your store. Useful during updates or when you're not ready to launch.

  1. Go to Admin → Settings → General
  2. Toggle Maintenance Mode on or off
  3. Changes take effect immediately for all visitors

The maintenance page returns HTTP 503 and displays a customizable message.

Starting and Stopping the Storefront

Your store's SSR storefront runs as a separate process. You can control it:

Action What it does
Start Launches the storefront Node.js process
Stop Halts the storefront process
Status Shows current process health
Register Registers the store with the proxy router

These actions are available from the Stores page (card menu) and via the API.

The storefront auto-starts after every successful build from GitHub.

Deleting a Store

Warning: This action requires the Owner role and cannot be undone.

  1. From the Stores page, open the card menu (three dots)
  2. Click Delete Store
  3. Confirm the deletion

Deleting a store removes all its products, categories, orders, and settings. The GitHub repository is not deleted automatically — you must remove it separately if needed.

Cloning a Store

Create a copy of an existing store:

  1. From the Stores page, open the card menu
  2. Click Duplicate
  3. The system creates a new store with the same structure

The clone gets its own public ID, API key, and repository.

Store Status Indicators

On the Stores page, each card shows:

Badge Meaning
Active (green) Store is public and operating
Inactive Store is private or unlisted
Maintenance (yellow) Maintenance mode is on
