Team Members

Invite collaborators to manage your store with role-based access control. Each member gets a defined role that limits what they can do.

Roles

Role Level Capabilities
Owner 4 Full access — manage members, delete store, transfer ownership, regenerate API keys
Admin 3 Manage members, full product/category/order access, payment settings, source code and deployments
Editor 2 Create and edit products, categories, orders; cannot manage members or settings
Viewer 1 Read-only access — view products, orders, categories, inventory stream

The store creator is automatically assigned the Owner role.

Inviting Members

  1. Go to Admin → Settings → Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the person's email address
  4. Select their role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer)
  5. Click Send Invitation

The invitee receives an email with an invitation link. They must:

  • Have an Entaprenua account (or create one)
  • Accept the invitation

Managing Members

Viewing Members

The team page shows all members with:

  • Name / email
  • Role badge (color-coded)
  • Invitation status (pending, accepted)
  • Date joined

Changing a Role

  1. Find the member in the list
  2. Click their current role
  3. Select a new role from the dropdown
  4. The change takes effect immediately

You cannot change your own role. Only the Owner can promote or demote members.

Removing a Member

  1. Find the member in the list
  2. Click Remove
  3. Confirm the removal

Removed members lose all access to the store. Pending invitations can also be cancelled.

Invitation Status

Status Description
Pending Invitation sent, not yet accepted
Accepted Member has joined the store
Expired Invitation link expired (not accepted in time)
Revoked Invitation cancelled by an Admin or Owner

Expired or revoked invitations can be resent. Click Resend on the invitation to generate a new link.
