Creating Products
Products are the items you sell. Each product has a name, price, inventory tracking, and optional media.
Adding a Product
- Go to Admin → Products
- Click New Product (or the + button)
- Fill in the product details:

Shipping Fields

Product Visibility

When accessing the API with an API key (external integration), only public products are returned. Dashboard users with Editor role or higher see all products.
Upsert Pattern
Products use an upsert pattern — if you include an id in the request, it updates the existing product instead of creating a new one. This means you can reuse the create endpoint for both operations.
Editing a Product
- Go to Admin → Products
- Find the product in the list
- Click to open the product editor
- Make changes (they save as you edit)
From the product list, you can also use Quick Edit for rapid field changes without opening the full editor.
Deleting a Product
- Go to Admin → Products
- Open the product's menu (three dots)
- Click Delete
Deletion is a soft delete — the product is marked as deleted but retained in the database.
Product Media
Add images, videos, and audio to your products:
- Open a product in the editor
- Go to the Media section
- Click Add Media and choose from your media library
- Reorder by dragging items
The first image is the primary product image. You can upload new media from the Media Library.
