Creating a Store
Stores are the core unit in Entaprenua. Each store has its own products, categories, orders, settings, and a standalone storefront. You create a store first, then customize its source code and content.
How to Create
- Go to Stores → New Store
- Fill in the form:
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Yes | Display name for your store |
| Description | No | Brief description |
| Currency | No | Default currency (defaults to USD) |
| Visibility | No | public, private, or unlisted |
- Click Create
You'll receive an API key — save it immediately. It's shown only once.
Store Visibility
| Visibility | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Public | Visible in listings, accessible to everyone |
| Private | Hidden from listings, requires authentication |
| Unlisted | Hidden from listings, accessible via direct link |
Store Identification
Each store gets a public ID in the format st_xxxxxxxxxxxx. This is the unique identifier used in API URLs:
GET /api/v1/st_1adecf511d3d/products
You can find and copy your store's public ID from:
- The admin panel breadcrumb bar
- The Stores page
- The sidebar when a store is selected
API Keys
Every store has an API key in the format sk_live_xxxxxxxxxxxx. Use this for storefront integrations via the GraphQL endpoint:
curl -X POST https://entaprenua.com/api/v1/graphql \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-H "X-Store-API-Key: sk_live_0uiur44oackm" \
-d '{"query": "{ products { name price } }"}'
When you send the API key header, the public ID is resolved automatically — you don't need to include it in the URL. The backend identifies your store from the key.
For full admin access from the dashboard, use JWT authentication instead.
Next Steps
After creating your store:
- Link a template or connect a GitHub repository in Admin → Settings → Source Code
- Add products
- Set up categories
- Configure payments
