General Settings
Configure your store's core identity — name, description, currency, visibility, and maintenance mode.
Accessing Settings
- Go to Admin → Settings → General
- All settings are editable inline
- Changes save when you click outside a field or press Enter

Currency
The currency you set applies to:
- Product pricing display
- Order totals
- Storefront payment code (Stripe/M-Pesa in templates)
Supported currencies depend on your payment provider. Stripe supports 135+ currencies; M-Pesa is KES (Kenyan Shilling) only.
Visibility

Maintenance Mode
When enabled:
- Visitors see a maintenance page
- HTTP status code 503 is returned
- API endpoints continue to work normally
- Admin panel remains accessible
Use maintenance mode during:
- Major storefront updates
- Template changes
- Content migrations
